The Professional Wellbeing Society (PWBS) is a nonprofit professional organization officially licensed by the Ministry of Social Development under Ministerial Resolution No. (2) of 1990. It is legally recognized and operates in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Vision: To be the leading society advancing professional wellbeing and balanced work environments in the GCC and beyond, driven by innovation, ethical practice, and inclusive collaboration.
Mission: To promote professional wellbeing and support individuals and institutions in adopting ethical, balanced, and sustainable practices that elevate quality of life in the workplace across the GCC and beyond.
PWBS is a non-political, nonprofit society governed by strict ethical and legal standards. It does not engage in speculative financial activities and prohibits affiliation with external bodies without ministerial approval. All restructuring or dissolution follows the internal charter and Bahrain’s legal framework.

Open to individuals aged 18 and above with good reputation and ethical standing. Educational qualifications must align with internal regulations.
